There are various reasons why the online mode does not work.

 

1. Your device is not connected to the internet. Make sure your device is connected to a mobile network or WiFi. Short disconnections are usually bridged so that you can continue playing without losing your game. However, if the connection is lost for a longer period of time, new games will not start or games in progress will be canceled.

 

2. The connection to the online server is interrupted. This may be due to scheduled maintenance or technical errors. In some cases, a white screen with an error message appears instead of the online mode functions.
