Most of our apps with online multiplayer mode include the player profile and leaderboard among the elements connected to the online functions. Therefore, they will only work properly if the device you are using is connected to the internet and is able to connect to our server.
In case of maintenance or downtime of the online server, all the functions of the online mode may become inaccessible. In some cases, a white screen with an error message appears instead of the player profile or leaderboard.
