In most of our games, a game invitation is displayed via pop-up notification. Therefore, make sure that you have enabled/allowed the option for notifications in the app's permissions.

If notifications are enabled but the invitation still doesn't work, please send us a message via email to support@lite.games or by using our contact form. Please provide the following information, if available:

 

- Title of the game/app.

- Can an invitation not be sent, received or accepted? Is more than one of these features affected?

- Is only one player affected or are all game partners affected?

- What devices and/or operating systems (e.g., Android, iOS) does everyone use to play?

- A brief description of the situation

 

If a game is behaving in a strange or unusual way, a screenshot is always helpful for us.
