Yes, you can change the position of the numbers in the settings.

1. Start any game in the Permanent or Temporary Exhibition

2. Open the side menu with the button on the top left (three bars)

3. Tap on Number Buttons (Top/Bottom) until "Bottom" is displayed

The change happens immediately and you can continue the game with the new setting.
